Some symptoms require an in-person examination or testing. Your provider will discuss whether virtual care is appropriate; a diagnosis or prescription is not guaranteed.

Questions about Urgent Care

Is Urgent Care the same as emergency care?

No. BaliMedi’s virtual Urgent Care is not an emergency service. If you need emergency help, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

When can I get an appointment?

Same-day virtual Urgent Care appointments are available, subject to provider availability. Check the available times when arranging your visit. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department rather than waiting for a virtual visit.
