1. Agreement

By using balimedi.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. BaliMedi Medical Group P.A. (“BaliMedi,” “we”) provides medical services. Pellegrin Health Management Group, LLC provides management services to BaliMedi and does not provide medical care.

2. Not for emergencies

BaliMedi does not provide emergency care. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

3. Website information is not medical advice

Information on this website is general and educational. It is not a diagnosis or treatment and does not create a clinician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a BaliMedi clinician accepts you as a patient during a visit.

4. Who can use our services

Our services are for adults 18 and older who are physically located in Texas at the time of each visit. You agree to give accurate information about your identity, age, location and health.

5. Virtual visits through Healthie

Booking, intake, visits and patient-portal features are provided through Healthie, a third-party platform. You will be asked to accept telehealth consent and other forms there. Virtual care has limits, and your clinician may recommend in-person, urgent or emergency care. Your clinician decides whether any test, treatment or prescription is appropriate. Prescriptions are never guaranteed and are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.

6. Booking and payment information

Appointment booking is not yet available. Visit pricing and applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms will be provided before booking opens.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to access systems without permission, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-party sites

Our website links to sites we do not control, such as Healthie, government resources and our partner pharmacy. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Our content

The BaliMedi name, logo and website content belong to BaliMedi or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, noncommercial use only.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties about the website and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Texas law, including responsibilities related to professional medical care.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
