Patient PortalBaliMedi uses flat visit fees and does not bill insurance. HSA and FSA payments are accepted for eligible expenses. You’ll see the price and what’s included before you pay.
Your flat visit fee is collected before the visit and covers the scheduled virtual consultation and the services listed for that visit. BaliMedi does not send an additional bill for the completed telehealth consultation. Services you receive from an outside lab, imaging center, specialist, urgent care, primary care office or other facility are not included in your prepaid BaliMedi visit fee and are billed separately by that provider or facility. Medication, pharmacy and shipping charges may also be separate. You’ll see any separate BaliMedi-collected charge before you authorize payment.
Your HSA or FSA plan’s eligibility and reimbursement rules may vary; check with your plan administrator if you have questions about what qualifies.
Your provider determines whether medication is appropriate after evaluating your needs. Prescriptions are based on clinical judgment and are not guaranteed.
If your provider prescribes medication, a licensed pharmacy reviews and dispenses the prescription. Medication costs may be separate from your visit fee.
Review the terms presented for your visit before you authorize payment. For questions about rescheduling, cancellations or refunds, contact our team.

Some health needs require an in-person examination, lab work, imaging or another type of care.
A virtual visit does not guarantee a diagnosis or prescription.
