Website Privacy Policy
How BaliMedi collects, uses and protects information when you visit balimedi.com.
Effective date: November 1, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the balimedi.com website, operated by BaliMedi Medical Group P.A. (“BaliMedi,” “we”) with the support of its management company, Pellegrin Health Management Group, LLC. Health information you share for your care, including in Healthie, is protected health information and is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us.
- Information collected automatically: our web host records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, to run and secure the site.
- Fonts: our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- No advertising or analytics tracking: we do not currently use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use information
We use website information to respond to your questions, operate and secure the website, fix problems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising.
4. Health information
Please do not send symptoms, medical history or other health information through website messages or email. Booking, intake and visits take place in Healthie, our secure patient platform, where your information is protected under HIPAA as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
5. Healthie and payments
When you select a booking button, you leave balimedi.com and go to Healthie. Payments are processed by Stripe through Healthie. BaliMedi does not see or store your full card number. Healthie and Stripe handle information under their own agreements and policies, and Healthie works with us under a HIPAA business associate agreement.
6. When we share information
We share website information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our web host and email provider, when required by law, or as part of a merger or transfer of our practice, subject to this policy.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections. We keep website messages only as long as needed to respond and for legal and business records.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you gave us through the website. Texas residents may have additional rights under Texas law. To make a request, contact us.
9. Children
Our website and services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its effective date. Questions? Contact us.
