Our standard

We design and test balimedi.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we’ve done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
• Text and buttons meet WCAG color-contrast requirements.
• Pages use clear headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
• Layouts adapt to phones, tablets and zoomed text, and respect the “reduce motion” setting.
• We test pages with automated accessibility tools and review them manually.

Third-party platforms

Booking, intake and visits take place in Healthie, and payments are processed by Stripe. These platforms are maintained by their providers. If anything there is hard to use, contact us and we will help you book and complete your forms another way.
